If you’re looking to get more involved in implant cases and are looking for ultimate job satisfaction, this specialist training course is your ideal route to success!

Specialist Treatment Coordinators (STC) play a vital role in helping to improve efficiencies, patient experience and practice growth. They help reduce the dentist’s admin time and allow them to focus on the clinical revenue driving areas of the practice.

The Specialist Treatment Coordinator course, hosted by Farisa Siddique and Monica Zagorska, is a comprehensive introduction to implant treatment coordination and patient communication. Through a series of interactive training, presentations, and workshops, delegates will learn the essential values and skills required to coordinate this highly specific treatment successfully.

I found both Farisa and Monica to be very approachable. Really well led and informative. I enjoyed this course much more than previous TCO courses I have attended.

Delegates will be provided with the tools and capabilities to communicate with patients effectively through various methods. There are three sections to the course; ‘How to be an Effective STC’, ‘Meaningful Patient Interaction’ and ‘Essentials for Implant Treatments in the Practice’. Each section will assist STCs in managing patients’ expectations and identifying patient needs whilst also enabling patients to make an informed and powerful choice about their treatment.

I’ve been on 2 TCOs before and this is by far the best! Very informative. Great venue.
