SURGICAL & RESTORATIVE DIGITAL WORKFLOW
1 - Choose implant
Choose your BioHorizons and Camlog premium implant for the treatment case.
2 - Scan data
Use your preferred IntraOral Scanner, or if needed, in collaboration with Henry Schein Dental we can provide cutting-edge IOS and CBCT equipment.
3 - Choose treatment protocol
If treatment will be guided or freehand, BioHorizons and Camlog has you covered with versatile, efficient kits.
4 - Guided surgery: manufacture outsourced
Plan with preferred guide planning software and, if not manufacturing in-house, send plan to your preferred lab or to our Qualified Milling Partner for guide manufacture.
4 - Guided surgery: manufacture in-house
Print guide/ provisional chairside. If equipment is needed then we can provide an advanced 3D printer of your choice in collaboration with Henry Schein Dental.
5 - Place
Place implants & SmartShape™ Healer / Gingividuals®. In-surgery product support available from your Territory Manager.
6 - Capture implant position
Scan SmartShape™ Healer, Gingividuals® or Scanbody. IOS equipment available in conjunction with Henry Schein Dental.
7 - Send plan and scan to lab
Use your preferred lab or our Qualified Manufacturing Partners (QMPs) for manufacture.
8 - Create restoration
Lab / QMP uses authentic BioHorizons and Camlog components to complete restoration.
9 - Deliver restoration
Clinician fits restoration for patient.

6 - Place
Place implants & SmartShape™ Healer / Gingividuals®. In-surgery product support available from your Territory Manager.
7 - Capture implant position
Scan implant and soft tissue using MicronMapper and/or SHINING 3D Aoralscan Elite. IOS and Photogrammetry equipment available directly from us or Henry Schein Dental.
8 - Send plan and scan to lab
Send photogrammetry & patient scans to preferred lab for design.
9 - Create temporary restoration (preferred lab)
Either preferred lab manufactures provisional…

Or print provisional in-house using 3D printer e.g. SprintRay.
10 - Deliver provisional restoration
Clinician fits provisional restoration for patient.
11 - Create final restoration
Preferred lab design and produce final prosthesis. Qualified Manufacturing Partner (QMP) can manufacture authentic connection bar.
12 - Deliver final restoration
Clinician fits final restoration.
